Watford Running Fitness was set up by Ross in early 2018. His vision was to bring quality affordable coaching to people of all different ages, abilities and backgrounds. To help them achieve their running goals and to promote the wellbeing bebefits that running brings. Ross is a qualified Leader in Running Fitness (LiRF) & UKA Athletics Endurance Coach.
Jade is a running enthusiast and has taken part in several races all the way from 5k up to Marathon. She has led her own Couch to 5k running courses in the past and with great success. Jade is a qualified Leader in Running Fitness (LiRF) and will be co leading our 'School 25K' Programme. She brings a welath of knowledge and experience to the team.
Nick is a fully qualified UKA Athletics Coach and has been coaching at Watford Harriers Athletics Club for several years. Nick is an expert in multi events, including Spints, Long Jump and Triple Jump. He also set up the Watford Harriers Satellite Club at St. Clement Danes School. Nick will be co leading our ladies only 'Track Start' Programme at Woodside Stadium.
